Refunds & Returns

Return Eligibility

At Merchilly, we accept returns for store credit only. We do not provide refunds or exchanges.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Returns must be initiated within 2 days of receiving your order.
  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and free of pet hair, odors, and stains.
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How to Return

To start a return, contact us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return. We will provide detailed instructions for sending back your item.

Note: If the returned item does not meet our return criteria, it will be shipped back to you at your expense.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Seasonal or holiday-themed products
  • VIP sale tees
  • Local High School tees
  • DTF transfers
  • Items discounted 25% or more

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include:

  • Photos of the item
  • Your order number

We will review your claim and, if verified, offer store credit or a replacement.


Order Cancellations

Because all products are made-to-order, orders cannot be cancelled or modified once placed. Please double-check all details before completing your purchase.


Lost Packages

If your order is lost in transit, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Merchilly is not responsible for packages marked as “Delivered” by USPS after shipment.
