Shipping Policy
Order Processing
All orders are carefully prepared and processed within 1–4 business days (weekends and holidays excluded).
- Large orders (5 items or more) or wholesale orders may take slightly longer to process.
Delivery Times
- USA (Domestic): Most orders arrive 4–8 business days after processing.
- International: Delivery times vary depending on destination, customs, and local carriers.
We ship primarily via USPS, but actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and location.
Tracking Your Package
After your order is shipped, you’ll get an email with your tracking number.
- Tracking updates usually appear in 24–48 hours after shipping.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
- Merchilly is not responsible for packages sent to incorrect addresses.
- Orders returned due to an incorrect address will receive store credit only.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Lost or Delayed Packages
- Once your order is in the hands of USPS or another carrier, Merchilly cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed packages.
- If your package shows “Delivered” but hasn’t arrived:
- Contact USPS directly to file a claim.
- We cannot reroute or speed up packages after leaving our warehouse.
- In some cases, we may offer store credit for lost items. Refunds will not be issued if the carrier marks it delivered.
International Orders
- Customs and import processing may delay delivery.
- Merchilly is not responsible for customs fees, import duties, or taxes incurred for international shipments.
